VISIT THE BEAUTIFUL FLOWER MARKET, HAVE SOME SNACKS WHILE SHOPPING FOR INGREDIENTS AND THEN HEAD TO OUR COOKING SCHOOL TO MAKE 6 DIFFERENT SALSAS + 3 TACO TOPPINGS

We Mexicans say “la salsa hace al taco” and this means that sauces are the most important thing when we talk about tacos. Taquerías usually have secret recipes that never share with anyone because they are part of their success, we love our salsas and we have a ton of different recipes. Either you are a green sauce or a red sauce person, you’ll learn how to make the most iconic ones.

 

Visit the flower market for shopping and having some snacks, then head to our cooking school where you’ll learn how to use the molcajete, and other tools. Then sit at our table and have some tacos for dinner so you can try your creations while sipping mezcal or an ice cold beer.

Start your journey with an refreshing popsicle and get ready to take the subway to the market.

Jamaica market – shopping time
Visit this beautiful place and shop for the ingredients you’ll use in your cooking lesson, we will stop at some stalls to get snacks and you’ll learn about the history of the market and the city.
4:00PM
Cook like a local – Let’s cook!
IT´s time to learn all our secrets, use your molcajete to make the 6 different sauces and 3 taco toppings. You’ll also learn how to make aguas frescas and strawberries and cream for dessert.
6:00 PM
Lets try it – Time to eat!
Enjoy your creations in our shared table while drinking beer and local wine and aguas frescas.
6:30 PM
Sweet finale – Time to relax
all good things come to and end. You can keep exploring the city on your own
